Where are our products sourced from?
Our products are sourced from a diverse set of communities across Mexico. We partner with reputable organizations, many of which are non-profit, that work directly with the local artisans in promoting their work and supporting their livelihood.

How does MDRNX work with artisans?
We primarily work with our artisans through the partnerships we’ve established with trusted organizations in Mexico that place a high value on fair trade and equitable compensation for the artists. These organizations have direct ties to their local communities and not only work hard to support the artists but also to support the well being of the entire community.

How much do artisans earn?
Each artisan we work with sets their own prices without undue pressure from MDRNX or our partners. It is our top priority that our artists are properly compensated for the hours that go into creating a product, the materials required, and for any other indirect related costs.

What is our selection criteria for working with partners?
Before partnering with an organization, we conduct a detailed interview with representatives to learn about their mission and experience. Through those conversations, we determine whether the organization meets our criteria in following fair trade guidelines, having a physical presence within the community they represent, and having a proven track record of giving back to their community.

How can I get help with placing my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at info@mdrnx.com. We will cancel your order at our discretion for items that have not yet been packed or shipped. 

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. After your order is placed, you will be provided with a tracking number via email where you can check the status of your order with your preferred carrier.

Can I return a product for exchange or reimbursement?
Yes, with the exception of oversized products and final sale items. Generally, we accept returns within fifteen days of you receiving your product. Please review our Shipping, Exchanges and Return Policy for detailed information.
