Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM PST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

We offer you free ground shipping on US orders above $100 usd. For orders where free shipping does not apply, shipping charges are applied based on the weight and the dimensions of the products’ order. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with your order. If you refuse any shipments from MDRNX, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, and any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

United States

Orders above $100 usd with shipping instructions to any destination within the continental United States ship for free.

International

International shipping costs populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address. 

However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties. MDRNX is not able to quote customs and/or duty fees, and the customer is responsible for paying these costs prior to delivery based on local regulations.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@mdrnx.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mdrnx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our Poulsbo WA studio (this includes shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes). We strongly recommend selecting a tracked service for all returns/exchanges, as MDRNX is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International orders are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like oversized, overweight or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. International orders are final.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
